After spending years at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Estiatorio Milos will open at its new location at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas on March 15. This highly-acclaimed restaurant offers fresh seafood selections imported from Greece daily, such as whole fish in sea salt, lobster, salmon, and tuna. There’s also the Greek salad with barrel-aged Greek feta and the Milos Special, a lightly-fried zucchini and eggplant tower with kefalograviera cheese and tzatziki. The new space includes a fruit and vegetable market, raw bar, and yogurt room. You can also look forward to the extensive wine list focusing on Greece.
Hakkasan Group is known for its world-class dining and nightlife offerings worldwide, and its latest venture is no different. On March 25, the global hospitality company will unveil Casa Calavera, an authentic Mexican cantina at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, which features Calavera-style art and a Día de los Muertos theme. As far as the menu, you can look forward to housemade guacamoles, Mexican street corn, chimichurri skirt steak, and taco options, including roasted chicken, carne asada, and Baja fish.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay, inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, will open at Caesars Palace in late spring 2021. Menu items will include crispy soft-shell crab salad, green tomato risotto with sea scallops and caviar, lobster pasta with yellow tomatoes, basil and Calabrian chiles, spaghetti with sea urchin and tomato, and a whole fish, which you can have prepared grilled over charcoal or roasted al forno. You can choose to dine in the bar and lounge, main dining room, private dining room, or the market room, which offers views of the seafood display.
There’s so much to experience at Area 15, including The Beast by Todd English. With its globally-inspired dishes and unique offerings, it’s quickly becoming one of the top new Las Vegas restaurants. On the menu, you’ll find items like Korean wings, smoked beef short rib, tuna tartare wonton tacos, Singapore street noodles with shrimp, vegan pizza, truffle lobster roll, miso-marinated wild salmon, and Thai red curry coconut mussels. Dining at The Beast is the perfect way to start the night before exploring everything that Area 15 has to offer.
Bāng Bar by Momofuku has become so popular in New York that Chef David Chang and his team will open another location in Las Vegas. Opening April 1, Bāng Bar will join the Block 16 Urban Food Hall at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The New York location offers the signature u-shaped wrap filled with spicy pork, chicken, or spicy eggplant. Another menu favorite is the rice bowl which comes with one of the spit-roasted meats above with pickled onion and Bāng sauce. Bāng Bar will offer unique-to-Vegas items, too. With Brera Ristorante’s success in Los Angeles, Matteo Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana decided to expand to Las Vegas. In February, the duo opened Brera Osteria, located at St. Mark’s Square in the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Brera Osteria offers a unique take on Italian cuisine as it draws inspiration from the Brera neighborhood in Milan. The menu features homemade pasta, wood oven-baked bread, and cured meats, in addition to dishes like braised pork shank, lamb chops, and branzino. There’s happy hour, too, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. every Friday through Sunday.
Main St. Provisions is the hottest new Las Vegas restaurant in the heart of the Arts District. The restaurant offers American comfort food with a reimagined twist. You’ll find items like charcoal roasted quail, honey lavender pasture bird, venison tataki, and rabbit boudin with side dishes such as harissa carrots, braised greens, and oat milk grits. During Sunday brunch, dive into the Spanish omelet, cast iron bread pudding, or buttermilk biscuits with Tellicherry cracked pepper country gravy.
James Trees, the chef behind Esther’s Kitchen, recently debuted his new Las Vegas restaurant Al Solito Posto at Tivoli Village. If you love Italian, then you’ll love Al Solito Posto. The menu offers several specialties such as pappardelle bolognese, rigatoni alla vodka, roasted chicken piccata, and chicken parmigiana. If you’re in the mood for steaks and chops, choose from the New York strip, veal chop, boneless ribeye, or Colorado lamb lollipops. Wine and signature cocktails are a must, too.
Restaurateur Nusret Gokce, better known as Salt Bae, is bringing Nusr-Et Steakhouse to Las Vegas. There’s no word on when it’ll be coming, but it’s expected to open at The Park near T-Mobile Arena. Besides the anticipated Las Vegas location, you can find Nurs-Et Steakhouse in Dubai, Doha, New York, Dallas, Boston, and Miami. Expect to see starters such as beef carpaccio, steak tartar, jumbo shrimp, and sushi, as well as steaks, beef fillets, and lamb options on the menu.
