Las Vegas is known for its over-the-top entertainment and extravagant nightlife. Between the shows, slot machines, and sports, the city is lit up day and night with plenty to do. Of course, the extraordinary destination naturally has a food scene to match. Las Vegas is home to some of the best restaurants in the country that offer both unique and upscale dining experiences visitors crave.

But the way we are dining has changed.

Now more than ever, people need alternative restaurant experiences that allow them to maintain social distancing guidelines while still enjoying quality food. That’s where the Las Vegas food truck scene comes in.

The Best Food Trucks in Las Vegas
Food trucks have popped up in cities across the country as extensions of restaurants or even an individual venture of a gourmet chef. But Las Vegas is home to some of the most unique on-the-go fare.

We scoured the city and found a few of the best food trucks in Las Vegas, NV, that you can always count on for a quick and delicious meal or snack.

1. Raging Tacos
What happens when two friends who love Mexican street cuisine join together to create a food truck? Taco perfection on wheels. Serving up a menu that combines the traditional mouth-watering flavors of Mexico with a modern West-Coast vibe, Raging Tacos is a can’t miss food truck in Las Vegas.

Try one of their signature tacos made with a proprietary blend of meat, fresh vegetables, and handmade salsas wrapped in a tortilla. The fresh flavors sourced from local distributors can’t be beaten. If you want to branch out, Raging Tacos also serves quesadillas and burritos that are just as satisfying.

2. Signora Pizza
Bread, sauce, and cheese are a winning combination that the Signora Pizza food truck has mastered. Specializing in Neapolitan Street Food, Fried Pizza, and its signature Pizza a Portafoglio, your craving for a fresh hot pizza will be sated.

While the pizzas are enough to warrant a trip to this Las Vegas food truck, you’ll definitely want to try the specialty “Wallet Pizza.” Originally served in 1738 Naples as convenient street food, it’s still a delicious meal for on-the-go travelers. With all the flavor of a pizza folded in four ways, you can eat this “Wallet Pizza” with your hands without making a mess.

3. Cravin’ Creole
For a trip down south without ever having to leave the city, visit Cravin’ Creole. Its menu of tastefully twisted treats is sure to transport you to the Louisiana bayou. If you make it in time for brunch or want to finish your meal with something sweet, make sure to try the breakfast beignets made with a chicory french roast coffee blend.

For the main course, you won’t want to pass up the chance to build your own gumbo or a Po’Boy Combo Special with your choice of protein. Not enough food for you yet? You can add a side of Jalapeno Cornbread, Creole Chips, Jambalaya Egg Rolls, or Cajun Fries to your order.

As you probably guessed, the highlight of the menu is the lobster roll that you can get in either the Maine (chilled) or Connecticut (warm) style. But that’s not all. The menu also boasts a delectable Lobster Grilled Cheese, Lobster Tots, and even Lobster Tacos!

When Dragon Grille first hit the scene, it was awarded the Best New Food Truck by Las Vegas Weekly Magazine, and for a good reason. The food truck specializes in Modern Asian Fusion cuisine and is now a staple in the Las Vegas community for locals and visitors alike.

The menu includes everything from mac and cheese and fries, all with an Asian twist to classics like Vegetable Chow Mein and Asian Fusion Rice Bowls. Make sure to grab a meal that includes one of the homemade signature sauces or their specialty dishes like Kobe Beef Sliders and Bulgogi Philly Cheesesteak that are the perfect combination of American comfort food and mouth-watering Asian flavors.

6. Sausagefest
For a decade, Sausagefest has been making dogs, brats, and sausages for the residents and tourists of Las Vegas. With five different food trucks around the city, you’re likely to find one roaming the streets so you can get your sausage fix.

7. Buldogis

What’s one of the most classic American street foods? The answer is easy: hotdogs. The chefs at Buldogis entered the Las Vegas food truck scene by presenting a twist on the classic hotdog and fries combo we all love.

While its menu does include some classics like a Chicago dog and chili cheese dog, the highlight is the fusion selection that showcases Asian flavors between the buns. Their signature Bulgogi dog is topped with beef bulgogi, Asian slaw, green onions, sesame seeds, and mayo. They also offer one-of-a-kind combinations like the Banh Mi dog, Kim Chi dog, and Hawaiian hotdog. Don’t forget to grab a side of Carne Asada or Euro Special fries while you’re there!

8. El Pollo Mobile
It seems like every fast food joint is jostling to have the best chicken, but none come close to El Pollo Mobile. The only Mexican-style chicken in Las Vegas became a concept over three decades ago when José Martínez Domínguez concocted his own preparation for charbroiled chicken.

When José’s nephew Fernando realized the potential of the recipe to be the basis of a restaurant, El Pollo Mobile was born. And while the charbroiled chicken is still the highlight of the meal, don’t overlook their other authentic Mexican dishes. From tacos to tortas and everything in between, El Pollo Mobile always delivers a savory and satisfying experience.

9. Camaradas Mexican-Italian Kitchen
Sometimes choosing between tacos or pasta can be difficult. Both are hearty and delectable choices, but how do you quench your craving for both?

At Camaradas Mexican-Italian Kitchen you don’t have to choose between America’s two favorite kinds of cuisine. Las Vegas’s most unique food truck has only had its window open since January 2019, but it’s made quite an impact in the city.

After watching his Honduran father whip up authentic Latin cuisine and work as a chef at a renowned Italian restaurant on the Strip, German Castellanos Jr. saw how food could inspire and bring people together. That’s why, alongside his father, Castellanos founded Camaradas Mexican-Italian Kitchen to share their unique food perspective with others.

While tacos and fettuccine are still on the menu, you can also try the chef’s specialty creations like Carne Asada Fettuccine and Mezcal Pink Sauce with Chicken for the best of both worlds.

10. Aloha Family Kitchen
Craving something a little more tropical? The Aloha Family Kitchen food truck delivers laidback island vibes to the bustling streets of Las Vegas. Specializing in Hawaiian cuisine, you can’t pass up their sweet and spicy Koloa smoked meats or savory teriyaki ginger chicken.

While many restaurants on the west coast may claim to whip up island fare, Aloha Family Kitchen offers truly authentic Hawaiian eats. The owners’ commitment to traditional preparation methods and the use of quality spices and seasonings extends to their food truck. Whether you try a Poke Bowl, Loco Moco, or smoked meat, the bright and fresh flavors are sure to transport you an ocean away.
